I am not, and never have been, big on most things related to clothes/shoes/bags. But when I was pregnant with MonkeyToes, my sister introduced me to Vera Bradley and I've been basically obsessed ever since. I can understand that they aren't everyone's cup of tea but I love my Vera bags. There are so many pretty patterns and so many bags to meet anyone's needs. On the downside, they can be quite pricey, so I don't have that many but they are fantastic quality.
My very first Vera was the Baby Bag in Peacock. My sister gave it to me as a baby shower gift and until very recently, I used it every single day. It's big and roomy and has pockets for everything. It really is a fantastic baby bag and it will probably continue to serve as MonkeyToes' overnight/longer stay bag.
I recently upgraded to the Mom's Day Out in my favorite new shade, Plum Crazy. Toddlers require less stuff so it's nice to have a smaller bag that fits our needs a little better. It still has lots of pockets to hold all the little things. Plus it's got a cross-body strap which is definitely my preference when it comes to bags.
You've already seen one of my smaller Vera's before. My mom got me the Mini Hipster in English Rose for Christmas. It's a nice mini purse for just the essentials. I also have the Strap Wallet in Rhythm and Blues. It fits into my baby bags but has a cross-body strap for when I'm by myself and left my Baby Bag at home or something. The zip pocket on the back holds my phone and keys. Speaking of keys, when I saw this years summer items, I knew I had to get the Seashore Keyring in Sun Valley because it's shaped just like a turtle. It's bigger than expected but it definitely makes finding my keys easy.
I hope you enjoyed seeing my Vera collection. Does anyone else like Vera Bradley as much as Jenn and I do?

Current Wishlist: April 2013
AKA: I seriously don't need any of this but I'm having a ton of fun window shopping. I really need to be on a spending ban. I'll apologize ahead of time that there is more sarcasm than I'm usually comfortable with in this post.
1. Brushes
I have a ton of brushes but I'm always looking for that one new brush that will preform miracles. I've been wanting two of the Sigma Sigmax brushes, the P82 and the F86. I also want some new blush brushes so I'm thinking of Sigma's F15 and/or MAC's 168 and the Real Techniques stippling brush, which I hear is good for cream blush. For eye brushes, I'm lusting after a MAC 217 and I just need to replace my spoolie.
2. Blushes
I have WAY too many blushes as it is. Regardless I've been wanting to try NYX's cream blushes and their regular powder blushes. I do have one Tarte blush but I'd love to get my hands on Exposed. I've never tried theBalm but blushes are a great place to start right?
3. Candles By Victoria
Yes, I just did a haul and I have another one to show you this week. But that's not keeping me off her site. I currently have 26 (!!!) of her pretty decorative candles and 50 scents on my wishlist. That doesn't even include the scents I've got and want giant candles of.
4. Foundations
I need new base products like I need a hole in my head. I have more than enough. But I want to try all of these. I've tried Matchmaster before and it's a fantastic full coverage, matte foundation. But I haven't tried any of the other four. Maybe when I use up one that I've got, I'll pick up one of these. (Because that's a fantastic policy)

5. Vera Bradley
The only thing on this list that I really need is a new baby bag. Specifically, a smaller cross body bag. And I've had my eye on the VB Mom's Day Out. MonkeyToes isn't really a baby any more and I carry around less stuff for him so I really need a bag that better serves our needs. The others are just because. I mean really, VB turtle gear? I have to get my hands on that!
So that's it! I enjoy making these lists even if I know I'm not going to run right out and buy everything on it. What's currently on your wishlist?

Current Wishlist: January 2013
I know, I know, Christmas wasn't even a month ago. But we are well into the Spring collections and I've got Christmas cash burning a hole in my pocket. Besides my last wishlist post was 3 months ago. So let's take a look into what I've been lusting after recently.
1. Legit Asian BB Creams
I've tried a few American BB creams and I can't imagine they are anything like the Asian BB's. No one would get this hyped up over these formulas. They're nice but not what I was hoping for. I've been reading Musings of a Muse for BB reviews and I think these are the ones I want to start with. If you're curious, these are Skin79 Gold Super Plus, Skinfood Aloe Sun, Holika Holika Peach Girl, and Holika Holika Moisture Petit.
2. New Drugstore Goodies
It has been so long since I've gotten excited about new things at the drugstore but it seems like every brand has something new I want to try for Spring 2013. Cover Girl has their Outlast nail polishes, Outlast foundation and Lipperfection jumbo gloss balms. The concealer crayon from L'Oreal looks awesome. I've never tried a Maybelline Color Tattoo but I want the new Barely Branded shade. And I love their Age Rewind dark circle eraser so I really want to try the dark spot one!
3. Perfume
I hardly ever wear perfume. 99% of the time I wear a body mist from Bath and Body Works or Victoria's Secret. I have one perfume that I love but it was discontinued a long time ago. I'm also one of those people who connects scents to memories and times in my life and I want a new one for this new chapter we have started. I've smelled all of these and can't really decide. I'm trying to decide between Kate Spade Twirl, Taylor Swift Wonderstruck, Coach Poppy, and Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy La Fleur.
4. New Eyeshadow Sets
I seriously don't need any more eyeshadows. And yet for some reason I really really want these. The Becca quad is super expensive but the name of it is Galactica and it's all colors I would use, so naturally, I need it. Everyone and their mom has the Lorac Pro Palette and I'm smitten. Mattes and shimmers of the same shade? I'm in. Again, I'm a Benefit fangirl and I've never tried any of their eyeshadows so I really want one of their new neutrals sets.
5. An iPad!
The only reason I haven't made any purchases since Christmas is that I'm contemplating getting an iPad. And obviously, I would get a Vera case for it, probably the tablet sleeve with a matching snap on case. We've wanted one for so long but now that it's a possibility, I'm hesitant to pull the trigger. We haven't bought anything this big for ourselves besides our computer in November. But it's so awesome and we miss the portability of a laptop. An iPad would be a great compliment to our desktop because it would do the things we wish our desktop could do. I'm one of those people who 1. struggles to make decisions like this and 2. wants things but struggles to part with large sums of money no matter how much I want something.
So that's it! If you have an opinion, let me know! As much as I want all of these things, that's just not possible. I'll be sure to post some kind of haul if I do make a decision. Is anyone else as surprised as I am that there is only one nail polish on this list?
